Miniaday Designs, LLC respects the information you share with the Creative Intelligence Analyzer. This policy describes what this analyzer collects and how it is used. The shop at miniadaydesigns.com has its own privacy policy for that store. Questions can go to infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com, or to Patti Booth at that address.
What we collect
When you sign in and use the analyzer, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and profile image from Google or X, so we know the account.
- The artwork image you upload, the motif, whether it is a single design or part of a collection, your primary market, and the markets you want to explore.
- The snapshot written from that artwork, so you can open it again and download it.
- A promo code, if you enter one, and whether that code was accepted.
- The fact that you agreed to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, and when access was turned on or off.
We do not ask how a piece has sold, how many likes it has, or whether a buyer has responded. Please do not put that in the form.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Sign you in and keep your snapshots on your profile.
- Send the artwork and your answers to the reading service so it can write the snapshot.
- Apply a promo code, set an account to lite or pro, and let an admin turn access on or off.
- Limit how many reads an account can make in a day.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to build an advertising profile, and this analyzer does not use social-media advertising pixels.
Who else handles it
Sign-in is handled by Google or X, depending on the button you choose. The site is hosted for us, and the artwork is sent to the reading service only to produce your snapshot. Those providers handle the information as needed to do that work. We do not give your artwork or your email to other artists, and we do not put your upload on the Miniaday shop.
We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the service and the people who use it.
How long we keep it
Snapshots and the artwork image stay on your account so you can come back to them. If you want a snapshot or your account deleted, email infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com and we will delete what we can. Sign-in itself is controlled by Google or X.
Cookies and your login
The analyzer uses a sign-in session so you stay logged in. It is not used to follow you around the web for ads. You can sign out when you are done. Do not share your Google or X login. If you think someone else is using your account, email us and sign out of that provider.
Corrections
If the name or email on your account is wrong, it comes from the Google or X account you used. You can sign in with a different one. For anything we store ourselves, email infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com and we will correct it when the request is not fraudulent.
