These terms cover the Miniaday Creative Intelligence Analyzer, operated by Miniaday Designs, LLC. The shop at miniadaydesigns.com has its own policies for products sold there. Questions about either one can go to infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By checking the box at sign-in, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in or upload artwork.
What the analyzer is
The analyzer is a practical reading of where a piece of artwork might fit. It looks at color and design signals, markets and product applications, licensing possibilities, what may help a piece stand out, and whether an element might have a life of its own. It is creative intelligence, not a grade, a critique of your worth as an artist, or a promise that a piece will sell, license, or place in a competition.
Trends are signals, not instructions. Miniaday Designs, LLC does not guarantee that a snapshot is complete, current, or right for your particular business. You decide what to do with it.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload it. Do not upload work that is not yours, or work you are not allowed to share.
You grant Miniaday Designs, LLC a limited permission to store the image, send it to the reading service, and keep the snapshot so you can open it again and download it. That permission is only for running your account. It is not a license for us to sell your artwork or publish it as ours.
Accounts, access, and promo codes
Sign-in uses your Google or X account. You are responsible for that login. Do not share your account.
An account can read artwork only after an admin turns it on, or after a valid promo code is applied. A promo code works only for the number of uses set for that code. Admins may turn access off. Turning access off stops new reads. Snapshots already saved stay on the account unless you ask us to delete them.
Lite accounts get four reads a day. Pro accounts get ten. Admin accounts are not limited. The count starts over each day. A read is used when you ask for a snapshot, whether or not you like the result.
Our material
The Miniaday name, logo, and the wording of the analyzer itself belong to Miniaday Designs, LLC. You may download your own snapshot for your own use. Do not copy the analyzer, resell access, or present a snapshot as a guarantee from Miniaday Designs, LLC.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the analyzer. That includes harassing anyone through it, uploading unlawful or abusive material, trying to break the access limits, or using it in a way that violates the law where you are.
No professional advice
A snapshot is not legal, financial, medical, or licensing advice. It is not a substitute for your own judgment or for a professional you choose to consult. This follows the same idea as the Miniaday Designs, LLC site policies: the material is informational, and you use it at your own risk.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the analyzer after an update, the new terms apply. If you have a question, email infominiadaydesigns@gmail.com.
